I am writing to you to let you know how pleased I am with the service, I received from your LeafGuard rep Tim. He was friendly, professional, and worked quickly! I am so happy with his work. I will be sure to recommend your company & his services to friends and family.We are in the process of constructing an addition to our house and have had many different contractors and workers here over the last several months. Tim's work here has been the best experience so far.. if only he could finish the addition for us! We had 3 different companies come out and talk to us(& give estimates) about their gutter protection products. Tim is one of the main reasons we decided to go with LeafGuard. I don't usually take time to write letters like this, but good, quality customer services is hard to come by these days. I just wanted to congratulate you on your superior customer service in Tim.

Dear LeafGuard Services,
I wanted to express to you my great satisfaction with your Leafguard program. When you first approached me about using Leafguard on our new homes, I was hesitant because I did not understand or appreciate the true value.
When we decided to take a chance on installing Leafguard on two of our new homes, I was first impressed with the installation process. Being a builder, I spend a lot of time managing sub contractors who at time complete less than satisfactory work. That was not the case with your team. They proved to be real professionals and did an excellent job from the moment they arrived. The gutters they installed looked like a nice trim around the home. I never thought I would say that about a gutter system.
My first intention was to just offer Leafguard Gutters to my clients as an upgrade. After seeing the installation process and how the Leafguard Gutter system works along with the warrantee, I am installing Leafguard on all my homes that are built in a tree-lined community.
